Stock Status

This page shows the stock and production status of all the 230V PrimaLuna products in our Asia warehouse from where we ship worldwide.

We build our stock based on historical sales numbers and add some extra numbers to avoid delivery delays as much as we can.

Please remember that once the goods have left our warehouse in Asia, it will take some time to be in stock at your distributor or dealer, especially under the current global conditions. Transportation often occurs by sea, and the goods must go through customs authorities. In some cases, this may take longer than desired.

We do not influence the available inventory in your country. If local availability is low or delivery delays occur, please speak directly to your PrimaLuna dealer or the PrimaLuna distributor. If you want, you also can contact us through the contact form.

Our US distributor, Upscale Distribution, stocks 115V PrimaLuna products. These can be modified by them to 230V units, if necessary, e.g., for their South American dealers.

Other areas (e.g., Taiwan) that need 115V models can rely on our 230V supply in Asia. Smaller quantities can be modified -free of charge- for 115V markets.

We don't stock 100V PrimaLuna products, but we can modify them –free of charge- for the 100V market (Japan). This modification needs extra time, as we produce new transformers (100V/230V) for such requests.
