PrimaLuna EVO 300 Hybrid je poměrně překvapivý úkrok stranou z dosavadního směřování elektronkami proslulého výrobce. Navenek se liší od svých čistě lampových souputníků jen nepatrně, pod kapotou pak podstatně více a zvukově až diametrálně – je to prakticky čistě „tranzistorový“ zvuk, jen okrajovým dotekem zjemněný vřelostí lamp. Pokud si ale ceníte neutrality, transparentnosti a absence líbivých gest, je EVO 300 Hybrid velmi atraktivním přístrojem, který si váží původního charakteru a jen nemnoho do něj zasahuje.

We still feel we are listening to an "all-tube" amplifier, but at the output with power, punch and speed previously unheard of.
